5. Aircraft Condition and Maintenance

a. JPI Aviation maintains its aircraft to the highest standards and in accordance with all applicable regulations.

b. You must report any damage or issues with the aircraft to JPI Aviation immediately.

c. You are responsible for any damage caused to the aircraft during your use, beyond normal wear and tear.

6. Limitation of Liability

a. JPI Aviation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

b. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.
